Far away from mass tourism, SoftbeachCamp is operated by a German-Egyptian couple and is designed for people who seek the enjoyment of a natural setting and an easy-going atmosphere. Our camp is located at the southern entrance of Tarabin, a Bedouin settlement, about 1 km away from Nuweiba, in the southeast of  Sinai on the Gulf of Aquaba in Egypt.
 

On our doorstep you find see crystal clear water and coral reefs, ideal for snorkeling. Take a walk in the mountains, or get to know the local Bedouins and learn about their fascinating culture. Due to its spaciousness, the beach is ideal for a variety of sporting activities, even yoga - meditation and QiGong groups enjoy the natural beauty. The flat, sandy beach is particularly well suited for children. You can't swim with dolphins but at least with 3 turtles.

In our beach restaurant we serve a variety of dishes including fresh fish, oriental and international cuisine and seasonal fruits.

The camp is a paradise for couples, singles, families, sunbathers, desertfriends, people with burn-out-syndroms and for those who are looking for a new sense in life. Our friendly staff is more than willing to help with anything from tours, transport and anything else of which they can be of assistance.
